Mini HorseFeathers answered the call. The "Power Sweat" has two independent elements, a full neck cover of double loft premium fleece with a neoprene cover lined with high tech polar fleece. All the different specialized fabrics used in manufacturing the "Power Sweat" makes it the most effective garment available today.
